• Analysis and optimization of the current information architecture
• Development for an Enterprise 2.0 business model on the basis of an evaluation of organizational structure as well as the corporate culture

My tasks

• Analysis of the current information architecture of their Intranet
• Development and execution of  two focus group workshops with employees to find optimization potential of the information architecture
• Development of a prototype of the new information architecture and an optimized start page of their intranet
